Creating a p65 account is quick and straightforward. Head to the p65 Login page and click the Register button. You'll need to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and an email address. After submitting, you'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to verify your number. Once verified, you'll be prompted to complete KYC identity verification before you can deposit or play.
Age Requirement: You must be 21 years old or older to register on p65. This is strictly enforced in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.

p65 requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID for identity verification. Accepted IDs include:
  • PhilSys National ID
  • Philippine Passport
  • Driver's License (LTO)
  • SSS or GSIS ID
  • PRC Professional ID
  • Voter's ID
You'll need to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your ID, plus a selfie holding the ID. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

No. p65 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player may only hold one active account, linked to one verified Philippine mobile number and one government ID. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Go to the p65 Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered mobile number or email address and you'll receive an OTP to verify your identity. Once verified, you can set a new password. For security, choose a strong password that you don't use on other sites. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team at support@p65.club.

To update your email address, phone number, or other personal details, log in to your p65 account and go to Account Settings. Some changes — like updating your registered mobile number — require re-verification via OTP. Name changes require submitting updated KYC documents. Deposits & Payments

p65 supports the most popular payment methods used by Filipino players:

Please note: credit card deposits and cryptocurrency are not accepted on p65, in line with current Philippine payment regulations.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your p65 account almost instantly — usually within a few seconds to 2 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 minutes to 1 hour during banking hours. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 2 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll look into it right away.

The minimum deposit on p65 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Fully verified accounts enjoy higher limits. You can also set your own personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings — a great way to stay in control of your spending.

p65 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your provider before depositing. All amounts credited to your p65 account reflect the full amount sent, minus any third-party fees charged by your payment provider.
Withdrawals

Log in to your p65 account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same account or wallet you used to deposit — this is a security measure to prevent fraud. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal.

  • GCash / Maya: Typically 15 minutes to 1 hour after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before processing. Most requests submitted before 5:00 PM are processed the same day. Requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, a mismatch between your deposit and withdrawal account details, or a withdrawal request flagged for routine security review. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact our support team at support@p65.club with your transaction ID and we'll investigate promptly.

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your p65 account. To enable it, go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and follow the setup steps. You can use SMS OTP or an authenticator app. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA, especially if you access p65 from shared or public devices.

If you suspect your p65 account has been accessed without your permission, act immediately: change your password, enable 2FA if not already active, and contact our support team at support@p65.club to report the incident. Our security team will investigate and can temporarily lock your account while the matter is resolved. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — p65 staff will never ask for your password.
Responsible Gaming

Log in to your p65 account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming tab. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period — this is intentional, to give you time to reconsider. We encourage all players to set limits before they start playing.

If you feel that gaming is no longer fun or is causing harm, you can self-exclude your p65 account. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion and choose a period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent. Your account will be locked within 24 hours.
