p65 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the p65 online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers on p65.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the p65 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the p65 platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • "p65," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the p65 online gaming platform and its operating entity.
  • "Platform" refers to the p65 website accessible at https://p65.club, including all games, features, and services offered therein.
  • "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the p65 Platform.
  • "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the p65 Platform.
  • "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
  • "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
  • "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player via approved payment methods, distinct from Bonus Funds.
  • "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable Philippine regulations.
  • "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory body in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p65. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the p65 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

p65 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Note: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The p65 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering on p65, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. p65 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The p65 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. p65 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the p65 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on p65:

  • Individuals under 21 years of age;
  • Employees, contractors, or agents of p65 or its affiliated entities;
  • Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the p65 Platform;
  • Individuals who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive;
  • Individuals acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register on p65, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number (Globe or Smart), a unique username, and a secure password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any third party. p65 will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.3 KYC Verification

p65 is required to conduct KYC verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other supporting documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or Account access.

4.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities.


5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

p65 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

  • GCash
  • PayMaya / Maya
  • Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
  • Debit card (Philippine-issued)
Important: p65 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card. Attempts to fund an Account using prohibited payment methods will be declined and may trigger a security review.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on p65 is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's payment section and may vary by payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. p65 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. p65 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the p65 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). p65 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5.5 Player Funds

Real Money Funds deposited by Players are held separately from p65's operational funds. p65 does not use Player funds for operational expenses. In the event of insolvency, Player funds are protected to the extent required by applicable Philippine regulations.


6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins , and promotional offers made available on the p65 Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. p65 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

p65 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent bonus conditions. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their Account suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

6.4 Promotion Modifications

p65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, except where modification is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.


7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Availability

p65 offers a range of games including live casino tables, slot games, bingo, Diamond Tycoon, and Gold Toad Fishing. Game availability may vary and p65 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on the p65 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or the size of a Player's wager. RNG certification is maintained in accordance with applicable gaming standards.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, p65 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. p65 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered stake.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. p65 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection due to the Player's internet connection, device, or third-party service provider.


8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p65 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

  • Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any time;
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity;
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
  • Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
  • Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward p65 staff or other players;
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any third party.
Consequence: Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances including Real Money Funds where permitted by law, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

p65 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

9.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered p65 Players:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account dashboard;
  • Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of play;
  • Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;
  • Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting p65 support at support@p65.club. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, p65 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, including blocking marketing communications.

p65 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their Accounts immediately closed and all funds returned to the source payment method after identity verification.


10. Privacy & Data

p65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the p65 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

p65 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on the p65 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of p65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of p65.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p65 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of winnings or profits;
  • Loss of data or Account information;
  • Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
  • Unauthorized access to your Account;
  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from certified RNG processes.

p65's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer: The p65 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p65 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by p65

p65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or as required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your p65 Account at any time by contacting support at support@p65.club. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

p65 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.


15. Amendments

p65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the p65 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
