3. Data We Collect

p65 collects the following categories of personal data from players and prospective players:

  • Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued ID)

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of p65's assets, personal data held by p65 may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. Affected players will be notified of any such transfer and of any material changes to this Privacy Policy that result from it.

No Data Sales: p65 will never sell your personal data to data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party for commercial purposes. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the p65 Platform and to comply with our legal obligations.

7. Data Retention

p65 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, p65 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures.


8. Data Security

  • Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the p65 Platform is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256;
  • Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized p65 personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, enforced through role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication;
  • Network security: The p65 infrastructure is protected by firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular vulnerability assessments;
  • Data minimization: p65 collects only the minimum personal data necessary for each processing purpose;
  • Staff training: All p65 personnel with access to personal data receive regular data privacy and security training;
  • Incident response: p65 maintains a documented data breach response plan and will notify the NPC and affected players of any personal data breach within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery, as required by the Data Privacy Act.
Your Role in Security: You are responsible for keeping your p65 Account credentials confidential. Never share your password or OTP with anyone — including persons claiming to be p65 staff. p65 will never ask for your password via any channel.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

p65 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. The following types of cookies are used:

9.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled. They include session authentication cookies, security tokens, and load-balancing cookies. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies.

10. Your Data Privacy Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by p65:

10.1 Right to Be Informed

You have the right to be informed of how your personal data is collected, used, stored, and shared. This Privacy Policy fulfills that obligation. p65 will notify you of any material changes to this Policy.

10.2 Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data p65 holds about you, including information about the purposes for which it is processed and the third parties with whom it has been shared. Access requests will be fulfilled within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

10.3 Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by p65. You may update certain Account details directly through your Account dashboard. For corrections to KYC or identity data, please contact our DPO.

10.4 Right to Erasure

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (and no other legal basis applies), or where processing is unlawful. Note that p65 may be required to retain certain data for regulatory compliance purposes even after an erasure request.

10.5 Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests where you believe your rights and freedoms override those interests.

10.6 Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to request that p65 transmit that data to another data controller where technically feasible.

10.7 Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that p65 has violated your data privacy rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Contact details for the NPC are available on the NPC's official government website.

Exercising Your Rights: To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact p65's Data Protection Officer at the details provided in Section 15. p65 will respond to all verified data privacy requests within fifteen (15) business days. We may require proof of identity before processing your request.

11. Minors

The p65 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. p65 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If p65 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that Account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted (subject to any mandatory retention obligations), and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after identity verification.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the p65 Platform, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 15 so we can take prompt action.


12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

In some cases, p65 may transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure partners located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers or KYC verification platforms with servers in other jurisdictions. Any such cross-border transfer of personal data will only be made where:

  • The recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection as determined by the NPC; or
  • Appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual clauses approved by the NPC; or
  • The transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g., processing a payment); or
  • You have given your explicit consent to the transfer.

p65 will not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate protections without first implementing appropriate contractual or technical safeguards.


13. Marketing Communications

With your consent, p65 may send you promotional communications about new games, bonuses, tournaments, and platform updates via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number or email. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:

  • Updating your communication preferences in your p65 Account dashboard;
  • Replying "STOP" to any SMS marketing message from p65; or
  • Contacting our support team at support@p65.club.

Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal, and will not affect your ability to use the p65 Platform or receive transactional communications (such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts).

No Spam: p65 will never send unsolicited marketing messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act's requirements for consent-based direct marketing.

14. Policy Amendments

p65 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS or email at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change, and a prominent notice will be displayed on the Platform.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy indicates when the current version came into force. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the p65 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
